Great tent, Great customer service
i am honestly on my 3rd tent from this company. I am a market vendor in NYC and Long Island (aka near water where the wind can be high, and walking through very busy & and at times horribly cracked and uneven city streets). The first tent got the best of me at a windy outdoor event. ok.... i had to replace it. the second one, a couple months after purchase had an issue with a screw. not only did customer service respond fast, but they also listened and helped me more than solve my issue, including sending me new parts free of charge. this is honestly not the strongest tent. but i'm 5'3" and use a small sedan, working completely alone. the stronger tents are also too big for me. but this tent IS the next strongest, collapses down enough for me to handle and carry and fit in my car, and i can pop it it up just fine by myself. just make sure you get enough weights. Plus, the customer service is a bonus. I also love that they offer so many colors including black which i dont see often. many made fun of me for getting a black tent until July came around.... thank you for the UV protection and the cooler shade.

I love it!
I can Not brag enough about how much I love this tent!!!Not only is it beautiful, i got so many complements on it..Unfortunately, I had mine kinda destroyed the 1st time i used it (no one else's fault, but my own and the Texas winds)BUT, the manufacturer "Quictents" was Amazing and helped me with a solution fast.I purchased this pretty pink tent to set up behind my jeep at ultra races. For a base camp, changing, sleeping, hanging out area.I took it to a 4 day event, Day 2, the winds kicked in hard.7 other pop-ups were destroyed. The wind lifted my pop up and flipped all the way over, me and a friend were able to wrangle it back into place tie it to my jeep and get through the event. But it was damaged. I'd staked it down and even used additional sandbags purchased on Amazon. But the winds were high, really high!!.2poles had broken and others were damaged. From the looks of things I thought maybe I could fix it with replacement parts. (I'd just bought it, only my 1st time to use it, I wasn't gonna give up easily)I packed it up, brought it home and contacted the manufacturer via Amazon. And let me tell you what I can't sing their praises highly enough!!The worked with me via email and helped find the perfect solution.Upon further inspection I'd realized there was more damage to the structure than I'd originally noticed. The company does sell replacement parts and the tent even comes with a guide, diagrams and parts by number.I found what needed to be replaced, and it was a lot.So the company offered to sell me a whole new frame and recommended I keep the old one in storage, in case I needed future parts.Excellent idea.I purchased the replacement frame for a very reasonable price and it came really fast.I am so very very pleased with how quictents handled my issue. They could have just blown me off, as it is not there fault I had it set up in super high winds. The manual says take it down. During snow and high winds.( I would have, but I was asleep)So to be fair, the company didn't have to do anything for me at all. But they did!!Khloee from customer service worked with me back and forth via Email until we found a solution.!!Id have given 10 stars if it had been an option.

Incredibly Disappointed and Frustrated
I ordered the 8 x 8 canopy with walls. I received it the day before the event that I needed it for. The morning of the event I took it out of what appeared to be the brand new box to set it up. I instantly noticed that the inside of the carrying bag was dirty, like it had been used. Then I noticed one of the white attachable walls had stains on it, even though it appeared to be packaged as new. Everything came packaged and appeared to be new, so Im not sure how it's possible that the bag was dirty inside and that the wall had stains. Set up was easy, but, when I went to lock the center pole into place, to keep the canopy open, it was broken. The small button that is supposed to pop out automatically, in order to lock the top of the canopy in place, would just push into the metal tube and wouldn't come out. Therefor there was nothing to stop the center pole from collapsing down. I had to use zip ties to keep the tent from collapsing for my event. I will say, it does appear to be waterproof, atleast the actual canopy does. The side walls not so much, but thankfully that wasn't as much of an issue as we didn't have any wind with the rain. Super disappointed and frustrated with this purchase.
