Took this without mixing it with anything and the taste was good, then tried it with mixing it with a drink and you couldn't even taste it. It did nothing for me. I didn't notice anything or changes nothing like that. At first I thought I was seeing some changes so I ordered a 2nd bottle but then nothing. I have since taken all of this and didn't notice anything.

I use this for glucose along with other stuff and have had good results.

I took this not for lactation but for regulation of my eating cycle since this is where they get Metaform, what they prescribe for eating problem and PCOS. I notice no difference but a placebo effect for the first few days. Pleasant honey taste but nothing else.

I got this because I thought I might be pregnant. The warnings against using if pregnant was confusing. I tried it anyway; the taste was pretty good and my boobs definitely felt puffier like they do before my period. I can't testify as to whether it will result in lactation but clearly it does something.I just think the company needs to revamp their ingredient labels!

The media could not be loaded. I do recommend you follow the directions and place 1 full dropper amount into a beverage you prefer, about 2-4 oz. I have been using this product off and on for weeks. I would recommend people check with their medical providers before using this and do some of your own research. Goat's Rue comes from a branch of the legume family. The reason why it has disclaimers is for the same reason all supplements do. Not sure why people are confused on that one. That is why you should always ask your physician. Like any other product used to increase milk supply, some women will find this helpful and others won't. I never had a large supply, but have been lucky to produce enough for my daughter. There are times I want to be sure I'm making enough for her and I don't enjoy pumping. This product has helped me! On days I use it, I'm sure to take it at least 3 times a day and I notice a difference within a few hours. Again I have never had a large amount of production to begin with, but I will continue to use products like this. Goat's Rue has helped me, but again do your research. Not all milk production supplements work for everyone. I have had no ill side effects and for the value and cost, it is worth it to me for how long the product lasts. Plus the taste dissolves well! Even when it does not, it is still a pleasant aftertaste. This is a great product for me!Try combining it with other galactagogues, hydrate, review your diet, and get extra pumping sessions in.

This goats rue is advertised as being for lactation support, however the bottle itself says not to take if you are breast feeding. Not sure what to think about this? I'm going to proceed with caution and not use this product. Maybe the packaging could use some updating seeing how highly contradictory this entire product is.

My concern is that this lactation support product has a Warning that it is not intended for use by pregnant women. So who should use this? That fact that it is called lactation support seems so wrong.

this is like what the seller describe. the taste is on the sweet side. the ingredients appear to be of god quality. i did have issue getting the dip to draw in the appropriate dosage. overall i will recommend.
