U need too add water and
Its keep burning under the unite. Who knows that? Who move the unite and check this ? This is not normal. It damage my new countertop i changed 6 months ago. Who will take care of this now ? Its steam and foggy the inside glass every time. U need to open the glass and clear that.Do not buy.

Workes and kept the food warm as needed.
Everything worked as expected. I only wish that it offered access from the front too so guests could help themselves when a server was not available.
