Salami
Emiliano salami was lovely. Had some peppercorns scattered throughout the inside but overall it was an absolute dream. Very soft, very edible. Trying to eat just one with a nightmare

Not mature enough
Taste, smell, size excellent. I did not like as it seemed not mature enough, IMHO it needed to be a little bit more dry
