Need this product for health! Roughage good for health like weetabix dried beans ectra taste is lovely and reasonably priced

Highest in fibre on the market!
Love to mix them with the weetabix high fibre cereals to make my bowels moving when i dont hit my fruit and veggies intake these are great for fibre!! The texture bit rough for my throat and flavour isnt amazing but if mixed with sweetener and milk and other fibre cereals its great does what i was looking for

High in sugar and upsets my stomach
These taste wonderful but unfortunately that's mainly because they're extremely high in sugar for a 'healthy' cereal. They are also essentially 'all-or-nothing', being just a mix of bran (fibre) and sugar with no flour (unlike the mix in supermarket brand bran sticks). This means that they're both higher in sugar/less healthy but also so high in fibre that I found that they upset my stomach. I'll be going back to own-brand supermarket bran sticks, that don't taste as good but are lower in sugar and also slightly lower in fibre so don't give me stomach upset.
