Have used these cases multiple time to make Italian sausage. They are a good size and have never ripped or broken. They are pre-cut into multiple smaller lengths for easier use for us however depending on what you are after this may not work for you.

After first use have broadened knowledge to include some oil on piping nossle and run water through the skins help open them up and better filling.
