It's a little weird looking but it helped my night neck pain! I sleep face up with my neck tilted to the sides and often wake up with a neck pain. This pillow has a scoop in the middle so it cradles my head and the foam is firm enough to keep my neck straight. If I sleep on my side, the flared part of the pillow cradles my cheek so I don't have to fluff up my pillow to get support. The 3 dips in the pillow is confusing though, as I sometimes check in the middle of the night to see if my head is in the center dip. I'm not sure if the 3 dips are for looks for that's the design to keep my head still. Anyway, it took a couple of nights to get used to the pillow and there were no instructions on how to wash it, but I haven't had much neck pain in the morning after using this pillow.

Wow! I really didn't think a side sleeper pillow would make so much of a difference in my life! I was shopping for a pillow for my son who is having shoulder pain and at the last minute decided to get one for myself. So glad I did!I have had chronic neck pain for decades, and I had a pile of pillows I wrestled with nightly to try and relieve it. I would wake up several times during the night to adjust my pillow pile. This one pillow is all I needed! I had a horrible headache when I went to bed after a day of neck cramping yesterday and woke up with zero neck pain this morning. I'm so grateful to start a new day pain free, and I was able to sleep the whole night through!

I was skeptical of this neck pillow. Usually only buy things if I either know the quality or have touched it and seen it in person. This pillow is great, it’s sturdy, the firmness is perfect and doesn’t completely collapse after a few minutes. It’s big compared to other pillows, but fits perfectly on my queen. The Neck support and functionality is unbeatable. Keeps me sleeping on my back (which I’ve been trying to do) but when I turn on my side my neck is still completely aligned and supported. My severe and chronic neck and jaw pain is truly gone within a few days of use, and I feel my neck is more straight and my posture is significantly better throughout the day.

The fabric is so soft and nice, very kind to our skin, however it gives me a neck pain, it’s on the soft side which I am a Tempur user. I will give to my little girl to use, she probably like the shape of it and can use it when she reads

I’ve been sleeping with a cervical neck pillow for several years now. I recently came across this pillow and I have to say this is absolutely the best cervical pillow that I have used!I have two herniated discs and some degeneration in my neck, and this is the most accommodating pillow I have tried!Highly recommend! Will not be disappointed!Light weight, but perfect firmness for support and contouring. Definitely notice a decrease in pain and it’s very versatile with different sleeping positions!

I do really enjoy this and it has improved my shoulder and back pain. I wish is was a little fuller/higher but the cloud shape add to always being able to find a comfy spot for your head weather your sleeping on your side or on your back.

Shape was supportive, however, was not comfortable to use throughout the whole night and hard to put a pillowcase on. Would not recommend for the average person unless you have neck pain

This memory foam pillow seems better for side sleepers and it’s nice to have something for my hand to cradle as I’m on my side due to this unique shape and design. The hole in the middle of the pillow helps a lot with keeping it from getting uncomfortably warm like most standard memory foam pillows tend to get. The height is good too, not too high and I would say it’s a medium softness. Not too stiff so I can sink in a bit but still supportive so my head is being held up at a healthy, level position.
