Great Addition to the Home Gym
I attached mine to a “grab bar” securely attached to the wall… 16” to 18” from the floor… and use to stretch legs and lower back while keeping the hip joints under load… very effective in helping keep the hip joints flexible… and eliminating low back issues

Very thin width
In the description, there's no mention of the width of the band & I was unpleasantly surprised when I opened the box to see that it's only 1/4" wide. It digs into my skin.

Works well
I'm a disabled lady. I have problems with spasms in my muscles. I love to use this band to help me stretch properly. It's well-made with just enough stretch to help me have resistance to build more muscle mass.

Open immediately to be sure it's usable.
I received this strength band for Christmas, but only recently tried to use it. When I opened the product, it was wrapped so tightly in the box it came in, it had glued itself together, and couldn't even be unwound, unless you tore it apart.
