It's working good till date... Power cooling,, loaded with multiple features and all are working good. Within few seconds it cools the room. Not at all noisy..... will get a good sound sleep with this wonderful air conditioner 💕On the whole a fantastic product. On time delivery by Amazon.in as always. The very next day hassle free installation done by professional s.I am very happy with the purchase and the installation process..all went very smoothly.

Very much disappointed with blue star servicing.Gas leaked after 2 months ,they refilled again after 4months same issue is happening, they are suggesting leakage in pipe now i have to change the pipe which will cost around 5k. When my product pipe was in warranty they should have replaced on first complaint, but they simply refilled gas.

Poor installation quality. They forgot the cap on wiring installation. Now the outer unit has become the nest of birds. Bought the AC on 2nd May 2024. Installed it around 10 May. Worked fine. Since 18May facing issue of bird nest. Registered issue on 24th but no callback on issue. Called person who installed AC but can not work because of few Manpower. Disappointed by the service provider’s service.

As soon as the air conditioner is installed it isnt working no power supply wasted the entire day for the installation but it isnt working no power supply horrible and defective product …also initiated and raised the ticket for further inspection need a immediate response and service from amazon end or else will never order and also never suggest any customer to purchase any electrical appliances from Amazon need a quick response

I am going to reduce 1 star for the bad quality check of Bluetar as the ac air swing was not working after installation as confirmed by the ac technician(they did not close my room air holes saying they do no have time as it is summer and with lots of pending installations). And I will reduce 1 star for Amazon bad service as after reporting this to Amazon even after 2 days there was no resolution. Again I had to call to Amazon and they asked me to wait for 2 more days for bluestar technician to resolve this issue. So instead of calling Amazon customer care I registerd a complaint with bluestar and they replaced the ac swing motor within 4 days. Bluestar could do stringent Quality checks to reduce such manufacturing defects. And Amazon you guys suck with your bad customer service.Pros:-1. Love the fast cooling within minutes2. Love the highly functional remote which can work in any direction.3. Love the 80 months warranty offer which is not given by any other brand.Cons:-1. Bad installation as they did not close room air holes citing busy schedule and I had to close it myself.2. Manufacturing defect of air swing not working , had to replace the swing motor. Bad QC check from bluestar.2. Very bad response from Amazon customer service with regard to manufacturing defect , had to contact bluestar to get resolution. Don't believe their 10 days replacment policy , you are on your own if there is some manufacturing defect.

Delivery was fast by Amazon. Installation was scheduled after one week of delivery by blue star due to peak season. So I got it installed my self. No problem with the AC.
