So Very Close to the Original
These are the closest I have come to having good bad mac and cheese since I had to cut out dairy due to a developed allergy. These taste just very nearly like the original thing, and you stop noticing the slight fake-cheese funky taste after a few bites, and you may not even notice that if you're not sensitive to it like I am. Overall, it's a great find for me. I love it so very much because having to cut out Kraft was so heartbreaking to me.

Obsessed
Wish i heard about it sooner! I used to love the normal Kraft Mac and cheese growing up. I was diagnosed as lactose intolerant so had to go dairy free. Didn’t have Mac and cheese for years which was awful because I loved it but hated almost all of the dairy free mac and cheeses out there. Was pleasantly surprised when I tried this and it tasted SO similar to the normal Kraft!!! Highly recommend it! I also tried the white cheddar version which is also very good but the original Kraft flavor is my FAVORITE! I use almond milk and butter, so delicious.

White Cheddar is definitely better
We were really excited to finally try the Kraft / Not Milk partnership vegan Mac and Cheese product line. The Original flavor definitely tastes good and had a great cheesy texture, but it was definitely a bit sweeter and had a slight after taste. The White Cheddar on the other hand had a much more pleasant and less sweet flavor than the original. Texture wise these were both 5 star, but even though they were very good and close to the original Kraft versions, I have had a couple better tasting (and healthier) vegan boxed Mac and Cheese (Modern Table, please make a return!!!). With that said I would definitely buy these again, but I would also say I have to be in the mood for these ones and I hope they look into improving the flavors. Also of note these boxes were only 6 oz. which is a little disappointing considering the price point and it's not like this product is organic or made of high price ingredients. Please make more interesting vegan flavor options and make these boxes equivalent to the original sizes.

Glad I tried this
The white cheddar is pretty good, best vegan boxed mac I've tried- usually just making it at home is way better (and frankly that might still be better than this one) but this is not bad at all. I'd reccomend using a little less plant based milk and butter than it calls for, as usual the vegan cheese flavor isnt super strong and it comes out just a tad too watery if you follow directions exactly.

AMAZING!! BUY IT! TREAT YOURSELF!
Omg this is SOOOOOOOOO good!! I use Country Crock for the butter in it and oh boy it is phenomenal! After the first box and verifying it was indeed amazing I had to come back and buy a bunch more! Finally I can have mac n cheese again!!!!

Mid
Not bad, not great. Too sweet though. If you add a little mustard powder, hot sauce or whatever you like you won't notice it much if at all then. I am not vegan, I'm allergic to dairy. I'll try the white cheddar & see if that's better.Had a family member try it who eats the regular all the time (like 3-4x a week) & they said it was odd, cause they could catch the right flavor in the middle. The front end is way too sweet & the aftertaste is wrong. The middle notes were very close though. So take that for what you will. It's not true blue box proper if that's what you want (I think Annie's orange box is closest, but it's gonna depend on the milk & butter, you need something with some thickness). It's not the best m&c if that's what you want (although no one was buying the blue box for that), homemade is always gonna be best.Sorry for the novel, but m&c is the one of 3 thing I've been hunting for for years to be perfect & I still don't have one I think hits the bill yet.

Love this stuff!!
The best vegan Mac and cheese I’ve tried! Tastes pretty darn close to the original Kraft I had as a kid, so much so that my partner asks me to make it for him even though he can eat dairy. The only issue I have is that the recipe calls for way too much butter, I use about half of what it calls for and it’s perfect
