The seller contacted me immediately after purchase to confirm my address, let me know the individual boxes' tracking numbers, and that it had been shipped. It all arrived within the projected dates of Feb 26 and Mar 3 (two boxes arrived on the 26th and the remaining one arrived on the 28th). It took less than an hour to put together, instructions were easy to follow and all parts were there. Only complaint is that the screws to connect the back pieces to the base had to be finagled a bit because the bottom ones didn't want to catch, but my brother and I got them all in eventually.Now - several reviews said this couch sits low to the ground it does. Even with the thicker seat cushions, this couch sits very low to the ground. But I knew that given the reviews and the specs listed in the product description so it wasn't a reason for me not to get it. Plus the legs are screw-ins, so you can buy similar types that are taller to lift the couch up without issue (which I plan to do later).Overall this couch is very comfortable, light weight and easy to move, and matches the dimensions listed. Color (I got the camel color) matched the pictures pretty accurately, it's a bit closer to beige than what I was hoping for, but I'm not too bothered, it matches close enough to my other furniture and that's what I wanted.Overall, I definitely recommend this couch, especially since there's options to make it into a larger sectional, smaller chairs, etc., since it is modular. My only real complaint is that I wish there was the option to purchase it with taller legs, but that's just a personal preference.

Edited for update:I really like the look of this couch, it looks expensive although it’s not. My photos are from during the put together process and then the morning after. The couch is really low, but as the pillows rise it does look taller as the pillows rise A LOT. I’ll still need to buy taller legs. The back rest of the couch (at least mine) slanted forward a bit, but another review helped me realize that I put the panels on backward. Not an issue anymore. But the order came early, and communication with the seller was extremely fast and great. The sofa was easy to assemble, I did it alone— but did need help getting the boxes from my lobby up to my apartment. I could’ve done it alone but it’s much better with a little help. Looking forward to enjoying it hopefully. THREE MONTHS later and I still enjoy this couch— it’s comfy, very long and good quality for the price. I would buy again!

The seller was steller, excellent customer service. I did not have any issues at all. VERY easy installation. The material is soft, a bit firmer than expected, but no complaints. The cushions take a bit to fluff, they look very nice. I got the black, it was a tiny bit lighter, but it's totally fine because my theme is greys. Overall budget, I marked this product a five.

After reading all of the reviews, I decided to take the risk.In hindsight, I would have bought this style couch from a furniture store because I knew the size and comfort.Saying that, this isn’t the worst couch. (I thought the blue looked more peacock blue, so I was pretty disappointed when I opened it and it was more of a denim / navy blue.It’s not uncomfortable, but the appeal of these couches are for the fluffy comfort and it does not live up to the ones at the furniture stores.The back and arm rests do not connect and are sizable gaps in between (pictured)The base cushions and the pillow cushions are connected. Not super important, but I do wonder how that is going to go after washing.And during the building process, one hole for the screws did not line up no matter how many times I took it apart and started over.Personally, if I saw this couch brand new at the store, I would not spend more than $300 on itSo after cost of shipping and then the interest rate paying with affirm, definitely just go get one from the furniture stores it would be a much better value for your money.I also would not recommend using as your primary couch to hang out on, I feel like this is a better couch for entertaining guests or have friends crashing for a night because it’s not the most comfortable to binge watch tv shows on.

The media could not be loaded. so i put this together all by myself, took me almost an hour and a half in total but that’s not awful. came in 4 boxes, wasn’t hard to assemble but took a while. good value for the money. it’s a 3 seater, it’s a bit low to the ground but in 5’0 so i don’t mind. it’s pretty comfortable, had no missing parts for me. the color i got is nice but keep in mind its more of a warm warm white, like a yellow almost. my walls and everything are cool toned and it looks a little off but with decent lighting i can hide it. the pillows you sit on are pretty thick, they are decent quality it seems. cleaning wise, im not too sure how it will be but i see a lot of staining in my future due to my dog lol!
