I've been using L Glutamine for a while. This seems to work like the other powder I've used. I don't know that fermenting does anything different so am not sure the higher price is worth it. But I also just started using this and I wouldn't expect night and day. It may take a bit to notice a difference.

I like assurances about anything I'm taking, and this supplement seems to be sourced well and have the right stuff where it counts. I'd feel better if the company address were not a virtual mailbox, but otherwise they do state that it's manufactured in the US from domestic ingredients. The Kyowa Quality process provides extra confidence, and hopefully stands in for GMP/FDA certification which I didn't see on the label or the website.

I like this glutamine powder , because it's unflavored, easy to mix with my drink. It dissolved very fast in the water, that's way easy to absorb. The price is reasonable, we would continue to take it as workout recovering supplement drink.

This powder does not taste bad at all. I do agree to make sure to use ice cold water and not room temperature water as I can taste that something is in the water more when it is warmer and not much of any taste when it’s cold. It dissolves very easily and quickly, even before using a mixer.

I looked up what 'Kyowa Quality' meant and was impressed. It's a Japanese company that uses an innovative fermentation technology to develop their products, which are usually amino acids. The process helps remove impurities and unwanted byproducts.This means that this glutamine was produced using a manufacturing process that ensures its purity.I add glutamine to my post-workout mix for a speedy recovery.

The product itself appears to be well made, with the powder having uniform appearance, fine particle size, is easy on the taste buds and blends well with my smoothie. All this being said, I added this to my daily regimen of supplements and hope the health benefits are realized upon my next checkup and daily routine.

I take L Glutamine on a daily basis for a number of reasons and this is a very good brand. The quality seems to be there in terms of how I feel. It dissolves easily and has no real flavor. Recommended.
