These usually crisp and delicious cookies filled with creamy caramel were doughy and stale.

Not what I expected
Maybe my memory is faulty, but these cookies are not like what I used to eat as a child. There is way too much outer shell and the filling feels like an afterthought. And the taste is just not there. Disappointing... I rated this three stars because I got 13 cookies in a package and they arrived well packaged and protected. Only one of the cookies was crushed.
