Works as advertised and intended
Essential these days if you have keyless entry for your car. These shielded pushes really do work and block any incoming attempts by bad people to hack the key and steal the car. They are also big enough to hold a mobile phone and prevent it ringing if its in the car with you, removing any distraction. I imagine it can also be used to keep debit cards safe from hacking whilst out and about. I also got two for one, so great value. Well made and robust.

Simple and Effective
Was a little worried after reading the 1 and 2 star reviews, but it was absolutely fine. It's really easy to use, and it just works. Very spooky to see a device you're connected to suddenly just vanish because you put it in the pouch. Only really big enough for normal size phones, may have to remove any chunkier phone cases to fit.

Beware as it can fail
Why did you choose this product over others?:I bought a pair of these in 2019 and have happily used them until now (2025) when I discovered that one of them was no longer blocking the signal. It’s a good idea to check them regularly to ensure your car is really safe.Size:It’s quite a roomy pouch which I like compared to others which feel too small.Quality:Overall a good product but just check it every so often to ensure it still works as it should.

A good size blocker.
A good well made signal blocker large enough to easily fit any set of car keys. A good price for 2 pouches.

Good service. It works as a radio wave blocker.

Peace of mind in a smart little pouch
This Defender signal blocker does exactly what it promises. As soon as I put my car key inside, it completely blocks the signal — I tested it by trying to unlock the car, and nothing happened until I removed it. The pouch feels high quality and well-made, with a strong closure to keep everything secure. It’s compact enough to fit in a bag or pocket but still feels sturdy. Great for peace of mind and protecting against keyless car theft. Highly recommend!

Update: failed after 3/4 year. Orginal: Does the job but wish it were a tad smaller
Update:Failed after 3/4 of a year. I can now lock and unlock the car with the fob in the closed pouch. If signals can get out that a scanner can surely get in. OK, this thing was in my thigh cargo pocket 24/7 but I didn't particularly mistreat it. Can only imagine the faraday lining just wear out or something as this is the second pouch I've owned (two different brands) that's failed after less than a year.I had a smaller pouch before this one which lasted only a few months before it failed and I could open and lock the car with my fob inside that pouch. Poor show, even though it was relatively cheap. So I thought I'd try this new one instead and see how I get on. It's three times the size of my previous one but so far, seems to be doing the job and I test it weekly to make sure it is. I sort of have to push my key fob to the bottom and then fold/roll the excess around so it fits in my cargo trouser/short thigh pocket. This is only because I insist on carrying my fob around everywhere, but this is obvs not a problem if you intend to keep it in a handbag or have it lying around. My only gripe is I wish it were smaller and the approx. size of the keyfob but perhaps that's why my previous one failed -- it was too small and got ruined. As I say, so far so good. If anything changes, I'll come back and update this review.
