Have been using Shilajit for a while now but also wanted to incorporate some other power herbs, after all I'm not getting any younger. This was an impulse buy and I am very happy with the results. Clear mind, lots of energy and my skin is amazing. I am also perimenopausal and am happy to say that along with Black Cohosh, these supplements have practically eradicated all symptoms. Can't say this will be the same during menopause as I am not quite there yet, but in the meantime it's great healthy alternatively and well worth the money.

My favorite product. The price is reasonable, the quality is excellent, and the company is well-known and I can confidently recommend it. The results are fantastic. The packaging size is great. I have no health or stomach problems. Easy to swallow tasty ok, all night sleep ok.

Pretty sure these are just a placebo. Taken 1 a day every day untill the entire tub was empty, still felt drained, tired and groggy all the time, they did absolutely nothing but make my breathe smell and taste bad

This is an excellent value for the price. I will purchase again.
