I thought it would fit my ginormous melon, but I was wrong! Thankfully, my 7 year old daughter loves the hat as well, and took it off my hands. Then I ordered a second for my 5 year old.The hat, itself, looks good. It is comfortable and lightweight as long as you have a “normal” size head or smaller. (I wear a size 8 fitted.) it has an adjustable band to tighten it to the desired fit.Overall, great value for the money to provide excellent sun protection!

It's a worthwhile purchase. Very reasonable price & decent quality. The brim is a little wider than I would prefer but it does offer protection. If you have a large head it might not fit. I am about a 7 1/2 and it fits but not much wiggle room.
