this works very well for leg cramps at nite. before i would wake up all nite every time i stretched my legs with horriable painful leg cramps . box recommends 2 at night but 1 seems to work very well. i cant believe it has relieved this from happening 90 % of the time

Sometimes at night or in the morning I get cramps so horrible, so tight, and they go on for MINUTES STRAIGHT. One time it was 20 minutes and through my tears I willed myself to sleep through it. Feels like literal ripping my muscles apart. Needless to say, I know the days I didn't drink enough water.....Anyway! Early this morning I got a cramp in my right calf and popped 2 of these and tried to go back to sleep. Must've worked!I keep them in bed with me for emergencies like this. Will update as I continue to use.
