Great low profile monitor
This monitor has been great and has wonderful performance for the price. Going from a 60Hz monitor to 165Hz is a huge difference which is definitely felt. The setup is extremely straightforward and easy. The colours were different from my previous monitor but didn’t take long to get used to and you can always tweak the display. The low profile design is great but my only nitpick would be how lightweight the stand is, but I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Great for 1080p gaming and a great value for this price point.

Kids happy, mom approved
After lots of research and sticker shock while researching a monitor to go with my sons PS5 pro, I am very happy with this one ( 27" 4k uhd, 160 hz). So for the other parents reading this, learning all the things for their kids, I will say this is the best bang for your buck, and will allow your PS5 pro reach its full potential. Instead of getting a cheap monitor that makes it seem like the gaming system is slow and glitchy (inducing frustration) and will have to be replaced fairly quick do to constantly improving, max/min standards, go with this instead. It should keep up for at least 5 years until the next console is released. 27" seems like the perfect size, it is impressive, amazing image quality, feels heavy/ good quality, well packaged. make sure you pay attention to the number of ports on the monitor, and system, we had to get a port expander (I am not sure that is what it is called) to run the keyboard, mouse, mic, controller charger, headphones, speakers, and sound board (yes he is spoiled but a great kid). I will add that you should watch the price, I purchased for $349 Feb 2025, it was listed at $399 with a $50 coupon.

Decent monitor for a good pring and a great warranty support department.
First purchased on 11/24/2024Monitor has Great picture and fast response time. I did have a hard time getting HDR to work properly at first but discovered it was just a setting. stand is well built and very solid. Good vertical adjustment along with tilt. Picture is very clear and bright. When switching from normal to HDR screen took about 4 seconds before flashing then stabilizing. Monitor is almost always in HDR mode, after four months of use monitor failed, and screen was black. Upon testing it was determined that it was just a bad monitor. Contacted KTC support and they went above and beyond to solve the issue. The warranty states that I was responsible for return shipping. After letting them know that the return shipping was around $200 KTC sent me a prepaid return label and I packaged it up in original packaging and shipped it back. They sent me a brand-new monitor and it has worked flawlessly. It has worked great now for the last five weeks or so. It is still slow to change from standard to HDR mode but it does not flash when switching like before. The original monitor would flash when switching modes sometimes more than once but the new one does not do that. I am hoping that it was just a defective monitor and not a design problem. I would have rated this monitor a five had it not failed. I original rated it a two because of possibly having to pay a ridicules price to ship back a clearly defective monitor. The thing was is that KTC agreed and paid the shipping. They did not have to as it is clearly stated that customer is responsible for return shipping which I believe is not a good policy. The monitor gets a 4-star rating because it failed too soon. The support gets a 5-star rating because they did the right thing. Only time will tell now if it is going to last but it acts better than the first one. If it does stand up to the test of time, I would not be afraid to purchase another KTC monitor.

Great monitor
This is an incredible monitor for the price, works well I have purchased three of them for second monitors on different systems. The only real limitation is the fact that they are only 100 Hertz, If you are looking for a monitor for games that need a high FPS this monitor is limited to that hundred Hertz.

Just get it
For the price of this monitor! This thing is a steal. 170hz and and decent brightness. It’s hard to get anything better in a 1440 in this price range.

Great visuals, annoying features
TV quality for visuals is awesome, and most TVs this small are 720p or mad expensive.Audio quality is meh, sounds rather distant and unimpressive. Upside, it has bluetooth so you can easily connect it to a quality sound bar or something anyway.Theres 2 things about it that royally irritate me though.1) The blue light that pretty much any modern tech has when its powered off, but plugged in. Its in the SAME SPOT as the remote sensor, meaning i cant block that light so it doesnt illuminate my bedroom at night.2) The TV's CEC is annoying. Ive never had a TV do this, but this thing will automatically turn itself back on about 10m to an hour after i turn it off the first time. Literally all its connected to is my xbox and the wifi, but if i have CEC enabled it keeps turning back on. This is extremely annoying when the TV is in your bedroom where even with a black screen suddenly with night-adjusted eyes the room is noticeably bright. For what i bought it for, which was a dedicated monitor above my desktop for my xbox via a triple-monitor stand, its fine. Wouldnt buy again because of the annoying poweron though, the sound is rarely a deciding factor for most people since most people have sound systems of some form anyway.

Great Monitor for a Great Price.
For the Price this monitor is great (i use it as a 2nd monitor), but there is one issue i found that Mac user should be aware of before buying this as a primary monitor. When used as a Primary Monitor it will not show or recognize a signal durning the Bios boot up on a mac ( Where you see the Apple logo and the progress bar on start up) Which the same issue happens when Booting in the the "StartUp Manager" by holding the "options" key durning boot up. So you will not be able to choose which drive you want to boot up in. It seems to work fine on a Windows OS, seeing the Bios boot and even works going into SAFE mode on Windows.
