I've been working on some projects that need me to easily have many paint colors active at the same time so I needed a bunch of high quality brushes with good shape that would last through multiple applications on canvas without drying out or shedding into the paint. I was very pleased with these both during my project and how well they cleaned up for future use. Good wooden handles, sturdy construction, bristles were high quality and an excellent length for controlling paint flow, easy to use, and the bulk pricing was great for my budget. Due to some of the strong colors I used a few had to be soaked and I was happy the handles didn't warp or lose their finish even after 40 hours in soapy water. Overall some of the nicest bargain brushes I've tried.

Great value! I taught a couple of small oil painting classes with these and they held up very well. They’re slightly more pointed than the usual filbert brush, but still very effective. The top can be trimmed with scissors, too, if need be. I’ve used brush cleaner on them and they’re still going strong.

I was skeptical about getting these, I figured they would be flimsy or too soft to use with acrylics, for the price. However, u was pleasantly surprised when I tried them. The brushes hold their shape well, clean easily and painting with them is easy. Very happy with the quality. Great value for the price.

I bought these for a painting class and they worked perfectly. They are good quality for the price and a good range of sizes. I did a paint night class and they worked well- no brush hairs falling out or loose brushes. Time will tell how well they last, but they were definitely the best quality to cost ratio I found.

I would have given these brushes a 5, but the size on the page says 17mm wide (they are 9mm wide).

As soon as I opened the package, the aroma of some sort of chemical was overwhelming, giving me a headache. I had to take all of them out, quickly get the packaging out to the garbage can and I put them all in a different container with soap and water. The brushes seem ok - haven’t used them yet.UPDATE: overnight with soap and water and they still stink. So, I rinsed them, put them back in the container and put in Pure-Castile Peppermint Soap for 4 hours, rinsed and wiped them off and I *think* the smell is gone. Seriously, to the Seller, that odor is hazardous. It is awful! I cannot imagine the poor people who make these and their working conditions! This was GROSS!

great quality. great price. I have been thru so many brushes over the years doing art with 200 kids a day on field trips and summer campers. They hold up well and if washed properly are good with acrylic and tempra projects. xo Farmer Sue & TheArtBarn.com

I rarely leave a review because usually it’s all been said better by someone else but here I am writing a review because this was a good buy! I bought these brushes just to have what I call “throw away brushes” turns out these are not throw away brushes. They haven’t shed on me yet. They are too new for me to know how fast they wear down. I really like that instead of being closer to the soft curve it’s got a little bit of a pointier curve making a perfect brush for painting leaves and floral curves.
