When i first opened the tub, I was confused because I didn’t see any scoop. However there IS a scoop, it just gets lost in the powder. Shake the tub a bit with the lid tightly closed and you’ll eventually hear it, i just fished it out with a butter knife.Taste: it tastes like no added sugar peach juice. If you’re sensitive to the taste of sweeteners you may not enjoy the taste. However im fine with sweeteners. The after taste is a bit bitter. The kind of bitter where you let a supplement or powder tablet sit on your tongue for too long and you get that bitter medication taste. Although i am not sure if that’s because I didn’t take time to mix it properly as i was too excited to try it. The taste does linger on your tongue but if you drink water afterwards, it should go away with no problem.Fat burning: i must admit, this does increase the amount you sweat MASSIVELY. And it gives you so much energy despite it being the non stim version (I can’t have the caffeinated version due to my anxiety). If you take it on a non exercise day, you’ll have so much energy that it MAKES you feel the need to go to the gym so that you burn it off.9/10 overall

Love the flavour, I scoop it neat & taste lovely, gives me the extra mile in the gym or I use it fir my 5am runs. . Will be trying other flavours but the apple martini is lush

Enjoyed it. It's a bit sour but makes a difference to the workout. Hope it stays at this price or less.

Great product gives me that extra boost while working out weather it's Rowing or weights I can keep going on this product and I'm well into my 60s 😀

Regular weight lifter who wanted to progress, but cannot take stimulants due to a bowel /stomach issue. I felt the supplement I was regularly taking was no longer working. Decided on this after reading the reviews. Ingredients looked ok on paper. Been using this for just over a month now and I have not noticed any difference. No increase in energy, no additional sweating and I have not felt any different than before taking it. The taste is very sweet. I have been experiencing stomach issues the last couple of weeks and couldn’t think what it could be until I stopped using this. Obviously works for some, but sadly not for me and if you have a sensitive stomach I would not recommend.

This was so expensive for a pre workout considering it clumped very easily in the pot- however it tasted amazing beforehand! Tasted tainted once it clumped which was frustrating as I had to bin it and it is pricey!

Received the product today. I read so many positive things about this supplement and I cannot wait to try. It smells really nice so let's hope it tastes good too. The price was not tok bad let's hope it stays at that price.
