Yum, It reminds me of Sidr Honey. Same viscosity, caramel richness, smooth flavor. The price is high, but this honey is very rare. If your are an honey enthusiastic like myself, then you do not hesitate to try these honeys. Sidr Honey is my all time favorite, the Sumar is a very close second tied with Samra honey another Yemeni honey.
