They are a nice orange flavour and the gummy texture is more like a jelly sweet so not gluey. Personally I found them very pleasant. They're cute little bear shapes and the tub has a child proof lid.Although these gummies are sold as a bladder support, I understand that, pumpkin extract may also be of benefit for the hair and scalp as well as in other ways as pumpkin is high in anti oxidants. These are suitable for Vegans, are non GMO, and have no artificial flavours or colours. Although they are sugar free they do contain natural sweetners.

The gummies are plesant to take, with a pleasant citric taste and slight pleasant aftertaste that fades quite quickly.The product contains Pumpkin Seed, Purple carrot juice extract, Vegetable Oil containing Carnauba Was and Beta Carotene. I am very interested in this extract for any potential benefits I may get in regards to maintaining bladder and prostrate health. This is a very pleasant way to take this supplement.The product is vegan and the packaging is recyclable. The product is at the premium end of the market, especially given that there is only 30 days supply though many of these bladder support supplements are in the same kind of price range.

I got these for my husband who is constantly having his sleep disturbed due to frequent visits to the toilet overnight. The gummies are low sugar and orange flavoured (he says you can't taste the pumpkin oil), and not much different to jelly babies. It is very early days still but he finds them pleasant to the taste and with no side effects he is happy to keep going for the full 30 days.
