I ordered the Black Suri toothbrush and this has changed the game! This is my first power sonic toothbrush, so didn’t know what to expect but my gosh I am blown away! From the packaging to the product, it is has a high quality, minimalistic design. The body of the brush has a well balanced weight that feels light, yet solid in the hand. The neck and head of the brush allows for easy navigating and leaves your teeth feeling clean, polished and smooth. It comes with a magnetic holder to place on your mirror or shower, leaving your space clean and clutter free. I think it is also important to mention the environmental awareness and sustainability efforts that goes into their products, makes you feel like you’re helping to do your part. I can say that for the first time in (insert age here) years, I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. This has changed my oral care experience — thank you!

So happy I tried this toothbrush! I love this toothbrush, it’s made so well, battery life is so long, the magnetic mount is so clean, I love the color, and it cleans my teeth perfectly. So much happier than using my Sonicare.

I really love the mission behind SURI’s toothbrush. The design is sleek and lightweight, and I love that they use recyclable, plant-based brush heads—it really aligns with my eco-friendly values. The battery life is great too, lasting a good amount of time before needing a recharge. My only small issue is that the brush head feels a bit too small for me. A slightly larger head would make it even better. But what really stands out is their fantastic customer service—they’re quick to respond and super helpful. Overall, I’m all in on their mission and the product!

Totally stopped working within a few months. I contacted the company for assistance and they never got back to me. Looks pretty, but it’s total junk and a junk company.Edit: So I am a space cadet, and they did in fact get back to me. I didn't reply or even remember they responded because they were just repeating the same questions and suggestions in their automated product support. However, they have since gotten back to me and I received a full refund without prompting them.The toothbrush does look pretty and comes with a nice carrying case. And if it had continued working I would have been pleased, because it LOOKS quality. It certainly came with a higher quality price tag. I am still less than pleased about how fast it broke considering the $100 price tag but they have dealt with it better than I realized or expected.Edit: I must have gotten a lemon because the replacement one is all good

This was my first electric toothbrush ever! I did plenty of research before the purchase and Suri checked all the boxes. I love there is a whole sustainability story behind it, that's very important to me. Design and build speak quality!The best part is the cleanliness feeling after brushing- it feels like I had professional cleaning done. Totally recommend!!!

I've heard good things about SURI toothbrushes and thought I'd give one a try. I was not disappointed. I was initially concerned with the stiffness of the brush bristles as mentioned in other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the stiffness of the provided brush was comparable to the 'soft' brush heads on my previous Oral-B iO.Now to the cleaning effectiveness. The SURI brush head is smaller in size and the oscillations at a much higher frequency than my Oral-B. These characteristics, when combined, provide a superior teeth cleaning experience. Once finished, my teeth feel cleaner and my gums invigorated. It feels that the brush does a better job of getting 'stuff' out at the gum line, an area that I typically have problems.As to the battery life, even when new, my Oral-B only lasted a few days before it was absolutely dead. Although I've only been using it for one week, the SURI battery is still going strong. The SURI rated battery life is 40+ days which is absolutely amazing and a tremendous 'plus' as to the value this toothbrush brings.All-in-all, I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to years of reliable and effective service.

I have tried many different sonic toothbrushes and this one is a nicer one. It definitely vibrates, and doesn't just buzz uselessly. It cleans my teeth well, and my teeth feel smooth and polished after use. I wish the toothbrush heads were a bit softer, but that's personal preference. I'm glad refills are easily purchasable. It is really slim, and doesn't take up much space.One thing is I feel like it's over-priced, and I don't think a travel case should be a separate purchase. Similar products at a lower price point include a travel case with purchase. Even a basic travel case would have been nice if you didn't need charging/UV capability. It makes it a bit useless to be so slim and nice to travel with if you don't include even a basic plastic case. Overall this is a nice slim electric toothbrush, but it's overpriced for what it offers in my opinion.

Update (2025): company reached out and replaced it again, free of charge but also refunded the initial cost. Appreciate the kindness and attempt to right the issues. So far the unit is working well but will see how it lasts. Adding stars for service and because it is a good item when it works.I wish I could talk well of this brush. I have oral issues so I depend on my brush to keep my health okay. Suri looks amazing, feels good in hand, and when it brushes it does great. Unfortunately, after a defective unit once and then now broken replacement I've realized this is just a glorified metal toothbrush. It stops working after a month or two and is no better than a 2$ brush you'll get from the local store. Save yourself the cash and get something else. This is NOT WORTH IT.and if you want to chance it, know that their customer service is poor at best. Weeks to get a replacement and lots of emails, all the while you'll be out the brush you depend on.
