I love this tea and have been buying it for over 6 years. Good flavour and it definitely helps me get a better night sleep

Good caffeine free tea
It might be a placebo, but I feel like it helps me drift off to sleep. The taste isn't great on its own but mixed with milk and maybe a sweetener it's delicious.
