Perfect for electricity lesson in Science 8
Used these in conjunction with Musical Tesla Coil Kit that cost around $40 and they worked wonderfully. Super cool to see. I covered my windows with paper to darken my classroom more for a greater effect. Worked wonderful. The orange ball was really cool to see lit up as were the different colored mini bulbs.Thank you.

Disappointed, 3 out 5 are weak
This could be a cool gift, but it is kind of gamble. Some people received good glass tubes, some weak. I got 3 out of 5 being weak. 2 of them are barely visible, Xennon in partcular is basically an empty tube. Light off and all and dark room, and can barely notice anything. Probably buy elsewhere if you are still interested.

You really want this for any Tesla coil
Great addition to a tessellated coil. Actually required to get more out of a Tesla coil!!!

Really low amount of gas
I have several of these from different vendors and these are the weakest of all. The Xenon and Krypton barely have any gas at all.
