I love this pan for homemade Pizza. I usually roll the dough before transferring to the pan and It is great for baking your favorite Pizza. I love the holes on the bottom for the browning and best it's made in the USA. A great addition to your cookware. Super sturdy for a lightweight aluminum pan.

I have never been disappointed in a Nordic Ware product. This pizza pan is great! I bought the "pizza crisper" pan so my homemade pizza crust would cook better using a home oven. The small holes or screen surface of the pan allows direct heat to hit the crust making the dough cook through better and the crust underside more crispy. Let's hope Nordic Ware continues to make durable, high quality products. It is one of the few brands left out there that still believes in QUALITY!Note: If you like easier cleanup, put a piece of parchment baking paper between the pizza and the pan. You'll still get the same heat effect.....but a much easier cleanup, almost none.

This pan is wonderful! Frozen pizza or reheating leftover pizza, it works great. High quality, sturdy, great heat distribution and easy to clean. We love Nordic Ware products! Even replaced all our cookie sheets with Nordic ware. Highly recommend!

Works as advertised, just don't put it in the dishwasher afterwards. Auto dish washing detergent will change appearance of platter but doesn't remove non-stick.

This is a fantastic pan for take-n-bake pizzas, or those made from scratch at home. I was a little skeptical of the perforations, as I didn't want anything to drip down to the bottom of my oven, but so far so good. Besides, the piece of aluminum foil I put under the heating element down there should make any mishaps inconsequential, should they occur. Great pan. I recommend it!

Nordic is the best brand for bakeware. Easy to use and I always get an even bake. You do have to be careful when you wash! Don’t place in the dishwasher.

I bought this as a gift for my son because he already has one and wanted another. Excellent results.

Perfect size for store bought pizza
