Q: Can i make it play toto-africa after i flush ?

This one doesn’t play any music. You will have to listen to Pandora on your own device I think if you must have music during flushing 🤣

Q: Just got the s550e in this morning. i removed the toilet seat and went to put the rubber a-5 through the holes. they are too large to fit holes

Hello, The rubber bushings are designed to fit into the standard seat mount hole size of 1/2 inch. It will be a snug fit and can often be a little difficult to push through. One thing to try is wetting them with a little water to help lubricate them (please don't use oils or grease, as it could break down the rubber over time). You can also try removing the bushing from the base plate and carefully slipping them through the underside if your toilet allows access underneath. Q: Is this model as noisy as the previous 300 series bidets when not in use? The 300/350 makes buzzing and water noises, caused us to return those.

Is there a way to turn off the "auto wand cleaning" feature? The remote has, what should be, a toggle for "auto wand clean", but pushing it only makes it CLEAN THE WAND! I'm trying to make it not clean the wand EVERY time I sit on the toilet. The sound startles guests and makes them think the thing is leaking.

For a toilet seat that does just about everything your rear could ever ask for, it does a lot, but it doesn’t have WiFi. Are you looking to flush remotely or something? (It doesn’t flush your toilet by the way) All controls are done through the remote and there are energy management options you can adjust through the screen on the remote.
