Ready out of the box and you can't stuff this it will take anything you throw at it.
This is a large countertop cutter .this thing is awesome and can't beat the price for a commercial slicer .

Powerful Slitter
This unit slices tons of meat in no time. The only drawback is it cuts/slits one set width. If you reintroduce the cut, it would shred it. Difficult to get cubes which we wanted. Either way, it is a time saver by far. Cleaning is not too bad.

Got it for my husband for Father’s Day from our kids. He was so amazed and had so much fun using it!! Size is a but big for a kitchen cabinet, but we have a garage. Design, is what it is. Noise level is awesome. I feel like it’s quiet for what it does. Weight, pretty heavy and a bit awkward of a carry. I think it’s a pretty good price for what it does and it’s very heavy duty. We got the smaller of the 2 choices
