Very Very Happy. Box took a hit in shipping. Bent the rear shifter guard into the shifter. Bent it back and rear shifter has no damage. Nice Guard! Bike is perfect. Just under 30 mph on high. 21 speed is very nice. 5 speeds of assisted power. Covers about any speed you wanna go. Pulled a cart with kid, Auwsum cart, 18 miles and 1/3 power left. Did pedal for some of the ride to feel the burn. Am 58, riding for exercise is my thing, this bike is by far the Best ride ever! No more big hill dred for me. Btw. My bike came week early, rack n fenders followed on time.

let me start by saying this bike is great. it goes as fast as they say and in my opinion there is no better bike you can get, first off for the price and second off for the customer service. i am speaking factually here. i did however have a hiccup in the begining with setup. im not going to get into the shpeel but just know that after contacting the company through amazon that the company responded and helped me to get everything working properly and oh boy is this dependable and fun. this bike is my way of getting around and i love it....thanks.

Tested it out just in my yard so far and can't wait to see how it does when I actually go for a long bike ride with my family. Was surprised at how easy it was to figure out how the pedal assist works and equally as surprised & impressed with what just level 2 in my yard was able to do & the speed it picked up. Assembly was easy. It's a sharp looking bike! And the suspension is great!

I'm surprised at how good this bike is. The frame design and geometry far exceeds its pricepoint, being a budget ebike. Very powerful and fast, providing a flawless and enjoyable ride. I intend to make it trail worthy by upgrading its parts...better fork, suspensión seatpost, hydraulic disc brakes, wider handlebar and traction tires. It can hit any trails...no jumps and rock gardens of course. Kudos to Actbest ebikes!

Great value for the price. So far the bike has been solid with the gearing able to be tuned to shift smoothly. Not sure on the battery life, because I usually pedal. Battery mounting is pretty flimsy. Overall pretty good, other than being kind of plain. Will update review after some more use

As a taller 6'2" rider I elected to get this Actbest 27.5" over the 26" other brand ebike we got for the DW. This one fits my taller hight and wieght better. So far after it test run it does everything it is supposed to do. The bike Shifts well, and has all the power I need for when I run out of power.The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. I got the optional rack and included fenders in the box but there were no instructions at all. For the bike assemblyi had to rely on there 1 minute Utube video that leaves you wondering if you got it right ?All and all it is together and working. I will update this as long-term verses value come up. It is a good pricepoint to get into the Ebike riding. I hope it holds up.

Customer service has not answered me about a rear derailer that will not shift and will not adjust so instead of 21 gears l have one gear

Arrived early and flawless! Easy to assemble and is exactly what is described. Actually does 28 mph with just the throttle and on peddle assist. Great purchase! Highly recommend!
