I'm not in the magnet business but how hard can it be to make a magnet sign for a refrigerator? My guess is not that hard.I have a second home in the mountains that my wife and I decided to share with guests through the typical Airbnb/Vrbo platforms. While at the time of this writing we still average 5 stars, I know the crazy things people can complain about - some things beyond the host's control - and take off a star or two in the review. It makes it harder to attract new guests.This magnet sign clearly spells out for guests that vacation rentals are not on the same rating system as hotels. It points out that 4 stars equates to "many issues to fix" and I hope this sign on our vacation rental fridge will remind that to guests. Hopefully they will take it into consideration when leaving a review.My only (very minor) criticism of this sign is that the print quality on the magnet could be better. It's not by any means bad, but it could be a little more high definition. I wonder if they make signs for people leaving Amazon reviews...

Great magnets! Comes in a set of two. We put one on the fridge and one on our trashcan. They're in great condition and stick well. Looking forward to see if they'll help with ratings!

These welcome card magnets are just exactly as they are described. They are a good weight and a nice, noticeable size without being too distracting. Good overall quality with bold, strong colors. They will be very helpful as information to share. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Print is super small. Over all size is small. Easily over looked. Too bad because it is a good idea.
