Headrest not good not bad it's okay.You feel that comfort while spending a long working hours daily I'll use it around 10hrs .It's good for me .And the wheel and hydraulic cylinder functionality was good.Then came here warrenty.Manufacturer support warranty for 3 years . Recently I claimed a warrenty for a part every thing processed smoothly. For warranty claim you need to call or message via whatsapp, number will be inthe user manual .

Its a good chair, but it disallines after 6 to 8 months, i am a heavy person, around 104 kgs confertable for use

Writing this review after using the chair for more than 10 days. Seat Comfort is good. Hand rests are made with plastic, it needs to be improved. It is making creak sound, there is no tilt lock for 135degree. It is easy to assemble. Build quality to be improved. Overall rating 3/5.

After a couple of weeks of use, I can already feel the difference in posture and reduced back strain.Minor Feedback:The only thing I felt could be improved slightly is the leg/thigh support — it's a bit shorter than expected for 6 feet person. It's still comfortable for average height, but taller users might feel the seat depth is slightly limited.Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home office or work setup. I bought this chair in February, and so far, my experience has been excellent. It’s a very comfortable chair for long hours of sitting and has really helped with my backache issues. The customer support is also impressive—they promptly replaced any part causing even slight discomfort without any hassle. The overall quality is great; I haven’t had any concerns with the chair, but even if something comes up, it’s reassuring to know their support team is reliable and responsive.

When I received the chair, one of the handrest had a crack and it was broken but thanks to the customer care as they sent me a new pair of handrests within 4-5 days. Quality of the chair is decent only the handrests are a bit loose but overall the comfort is good also it has great back support. Assembling the chair was a quick job.
