Unsafe device charger. Should have bought it from authorized partner.
I got the product in JAN 2025 and today March 3rd as I put the charger to charge the device the wire started burning with a spark. I quickly took of the wire from the power plug. Now I have a working laptop but no wire to charge. Not a great customer experience for something bought less than 60 days back. There is no return policy on the device and I am stuck. What should I do.

The product is as mentioned and have a decent battery backup as well.
