AL wire, not CU
Works fine. I'd prefer CU wire to AL but it's heavy gauge so works fine. I discovered it was AL when I cut the lugs off to install huge 1/2" lugs, required for my 500A bus.

Perfect for making a quick connect with trolling motor
This connector make hooking up my trolling motor to my battery way easier. I did need to cut and splice one of the connectors to my motor which was easy to do. I also stuck a waterproof fuse into the motor connection then heat sealed everything. Now there is no exposed metal connections and motor setup on my canoe is quick and easy.

Stubby
Make sure you buy extra length leads...these are very conservative.

Quality made cables
I used these for connecting my solar charge controller to my motorhome house battery. it has the M8 bolt pattern and fit like it should. The quick connectors have a solid feel and click when properly connected. This is the perfect solution allowing for a quick disconnection point between the solar charge controller and the battery.
