These things work great! Had them for over 4 months now and still working on a DC headset and flying a Cesssna 172

Failed after about ten flights
It worked fine at first, then began to fail intermittently, then failed completely, after about ten flights or 15 hours in use. The headset is the correct David Clark model for civilian helicopter use, and still works fine in helicopters without the adapter. Do not buy this low quality item.

Although item did not work, good customer service!
If you have a military purpose headsets like Bose A20, Peltor Comtac, and David Clark, they have a microphone that are "low impedence" and require an adaptor that can convert it to "high impedence." The picture in this item said it, and it is just not fully explained. It is my lost for buying it and not returning it the right time but they did try to send me another adapter to try again.

Failed after one month
It worked fine for about a month. Now for some reason it doesn't work on ICS but works when transmitting on the radio. I tried it on another airplane to make sure it wasn't the plane and also tried a different headset. It's seems to be the connection from the adapter to the headset. When I move that connection around ICS will function for a second or two before cutting out again. From the start that connection was far too tight so I'm not surprised this is the failure point. It's disappointing. I really wanted to like this product and it's horrible timing as I have a checkride in 5 days.

Works great
Worked with my Lightspeed Zulu, everything fit nice and tight..

Worked good for about a year
I got this to use with my Bose A20 helicopter headset and was super excited at first. It worked fine for about a year. However, Over the last few weeks the cable on the mic side cuts in and out. It got increasingly worse to the point I could no longer use my headset, forcing me to buy another adapter. Overall, it worked it the short term, but I wish it lasted longer.
