The package was slightly damaged, and her pigtails tend to fall off easily. I feel like the price is a bit much for the quality that you receive.Aside from those issues, she's so cute and I love her so much!

The figure itself it’s cute, but the only problem is the box.. The box came damaged from the corners and even some sides. She is authentic if anyone is wondering !! Overall I love her pastel color scheme !!Had no problem with the hair!! And also one of her twin tails are a bit messed up..

Doesn’t seem to be a bootleg. Very pretty figure just a bit difficult to put the pigtails on the figure.

It's great quality look and it's accurate it's just easy to break I was swinging my charger around and bang I broke her leg I feel bad for the boor kawaii angel

Only reason I have two stars is bc is beautiful. I’ve bought 2 and they both broke.
