Great Pillow
Absolutely brilliant, delivered the following day, I haven't slept well for years, however, night 5 of using the pillow I sleep until about 5,30-6 am which is great after years of waking 5 or 6 times a night. Great neck support

My pillow is soft. When I wake up in the morning, I don't have the usual neck pain.

Too low
Not bad, but it's too low for me. I've used it on the highest side, and it was fine at the beginning but with a couple of days it lost a bit of the rigidity and now I feel it even lower.It's tough for me to find a good pillow that leaves my shoulders in a good position. Maybe it works for someone with a narrower back, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

This pillow is firm, takes a bit for smell and shape.
Initially was not happy with product due to smell and ridges, however the smell went away after a week or so fully and ridges flattened out a few weeks in to not be noticable.Firm, comfortable pillow and my only 2 gripes have gone after few weeks of usage.
