This has been the funnest little vacuum! I've always wanted a robot and now I'm enjoying it's journey of cleaning my floors. I do have carpet, and it's working great There are a couple of transition spots it gets caught on, but I've since covered them and it's doing well now. I'm really surprised at how much it picks up, I empty the little dust catcher every day. I believe I will need to buy some of those filters toon. TURBO MODE!The wheels look like 4x4 wheels and it can go over a variety of surfaces and sizing. It doesn't get caught very often at all.I love the remote and the app, I can really control where and when it goes. I don't like that the remote is the only way to get it to do the zig zag thing, but it is what it is.I was at first concerned to be up and moving around as it's working, I was worried it would run into my foot and hurt.Surprisingly, it's very gentle. I was turned around, and it came up and barely tapped my heel and immediately turned away. It's also tough enough to push open doors, so the gentle tap surprised me. But it got my full confidence that it won't crash into my feet if I happen to be there.It was pretty easy to set up, the app is a twin to the Smart Life app, which I will probably swap over to using that one, because all my other things are on there.I'm super pleased with this robotvac and look forward to many years of use!

I’ve had this robot vacuum mop for almost 1.5 months now. I have it scheduled for vacuuming 3 times a day, and mop 1 once a day. I have 2 giant dogs and 2 furry cats they all shed like crazy, drool like crazy, and track dirt like crazy. This device helps me keep the fur to an all time low and keep my floors clean! When I first got it, I deep cleaned my house and set up the scheduled cleaning of the robot since then the robot has been about to maintain the cleanliness of my floors and I haven’t needed to vacuum manually. I empty out the dustbin every morning to keep the integrity of the suction power. Since I have a lot of animals it does fill up quick, but since I have it cleaning multiple times a day, everyday, there’s less fur accumulation that it has to clean. You can also adjust the strength of suction on the app from low to high which is a plus if noise is a concern. I usually have it on low during late night cleanings while everyone is asleep. It moves quickly and it goes back to the charging station on its own when it’s about to die. It can be controlled remotely via app, when first testing out the suction I tried it and works as needed. Overall the robot was built well it’s durable, it redirects without any issues, and doesn’t crash into anything super aggressively. This works so well I’ve been contemplating getting another one for the second floor of my house! Highly recommend!

I am impressed by this robot vac. It does a good job picking up dust and dirt from both hard floors and carpet.The mopping function also seems to work well. Battery life seems to be adequate for a thorough cleaning of a large room. The dust bin is convenient and easy to empty as well.When using it you have to watch out for loose tissues and paper that may jam the wheels; also move away wires and electric cords so that it does not get stuck.All in all very pleased with it; it has many functions programmed in. As an example, if the robot comes close to a staircase it will stop and not go over the edge and come crashing down.

With two dogs, it seems I'm always sweeping up or vacuuming their hair. This robot vacuum does a great job sucking up their hair along with other debris they and the kids bring home. Unlike the last robot vacuum I purchased, this one does not have a rotating brush that gets tangled with hair that must be cut off after each use. Instead, the hair and debris are sucked into a box that is easy to empty.It can be programed to sweep the entire room or to focus on the corners and the charge lasts long enough for it to clean my first floor which is about 1000 square feet. I haven't tried the mopping feature yet, but look forward to todoing so.

Affordable, programmable with 3 methods, and does it's job sweeping and mopping. Not a bad price to pay for a robot vacuum that runs on battery and charges itself on its off time. Low maintenance apart from changing the mop every 3 weeks depending on how many rooms you clean. Additional floor cleaning concentrate for robot vacuums can be used in water. Spare parts less than $10. Robot can be controlled with built in power and recharge buttons, remote control, or tuya app. Sweeps and mops with many navigation choices and does a good job cleaning surface level dust and hair off floors and carpets. Downside, gets stuck on some carpeting but warns and turns off if stuck to save power.

I absolutely love this. I have light colored hardwood floors so with three females in the house with dark hair you can easily see on the floor all the shedding we do. This vacuum picks up all the hair, crumbs, and everything in between. It washes the floor very good as well. I do need to be mindful of extension cords and also block it from getting under the bed as it sometimes gets stuck like any other robot vacuum but that's pretty simple to avoid. I've had this for about a year now and it still works amazing. It was worth the cost. I love it.

I’ve been using this robot vacuum for a couple of weeks now and I’m honestly impressed. It picks up way more dust and hair than I expected. The mopping feature is a nice bonus too, not a deep clean, but great for everyday maintenance.Setup was simple and the app makes it really easy to schedule cleanings. I also hooked it up to Alexa, so now I just tell it to start when I’m heading out. It navigates around furniture without getting stuck, and it always makes its way back to the dock.Overall, this little thing has saved me so much time. If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend giving it a shot.
