Not sure this works great for my pcos. I think I would have to use for a longer period of time to see actual results.

I got this supplement because it contains the same formula my daughter has already been taking. We haven’t noticed any difference since switching to this one. She feels like she’s receiving the same benefit as she was the her original brand. There’s no way to prove or verify supplements but I can say she has not noticed any adverse effects from trying this one. And she doesn’t have a hard time swallowing it either.

Overall: Recommended! Great product for supporting immune function the bottle packaging is fine and the safety seals are doing the job.

I recieved my bottle about 3 weeks ago. I had been using another popular brand of fertility/ovulation support vitamins and thought I would give these an opportunity. What I do like is that the dosage on these are only 2 capsules daily compared to the other brand I was using which was 4 capsules daily... However, with that in mind, it also means you are getting less ingredient. By comparison, my other brand gives 1950mg of Myo-Inositol per serving compared to this brand which only gives 1000 mg. Other brand gives 50mg of Chiro Inositol vs 25mg. This brand also does not include folic acid or CoQ10 which are just as important for ovulation support and fertility. I could just double up and take double the dose to make it comparable to the brand I was using, but then that turns this bottle into a 2 week supply vs a 30-day supply.I will say, these do not make me nauseous or constipated. I really felt no ill side effects. limited ingredients aside, I noticed that my monthly cycle was very off this month. It had been very regular with my other brand, but this month (with no other change other than age and time), I started spotting 1 week early and my flow still hasn't arrived yet. I've noticed I'm also more on edge than before. I do not think these are as effective as others on the market, especially the ones I was previously using.

This is a simple inositol supplement formulated at the recommended 40:1 ratio. I take it for ovarian health as more of a fertility aid because I'm in my 30s. I also take PQQ because it works in tandem to improve ovarian health. Some inositol supplements have PQQ already but with this, I have to take it separately.
