Awesome
This just arrived. After having a deceptive picture on another site and not getting what I thought I ordered, this was a refreshing and wonderful purchase. My granddaughter's gift for Christmas and she loves it. It's a "starter" for her and it's wonderful to have everything advertised and have it well made. Once my granddaughter masters this, I'll order a larger bow etc from this company.

Just the right power for 9 to 13 year olds
This is a great entry level bow that shoots well. I would not allow use of it unsupervised and I would not buy a stronger bow than this for my 10 year old it was perfect!

Nice fun archery set but possible design flaw
Overall decent for the price. A less noticed/mentioned issue: The mock feather at the arrow tail could bump at the bow along the trajectory going forward, causing precision problem. This may be worse when the arrow rest is attached/used. You can simulate how the arrow is sent forward manually, and there will be a moment you realize that the wider tail would not get through smoothly without touching the rest/bow. There are so many similar products, and I don't know how others solve the problem or how our ancestors solve the problem in designing their archery set...

This bow is for a young kid ... fair for teaching the child handle a bow.

Better than expected
I bought this for my son and he loves it!! It’s better quality than I thought it would be! It still hasn’t broke which surprises me!

Kids have been popping balloons.
The grandchildren (with supervision from their parents) have been "hunting deer" in the woods by popping balloons attached to trees in the forest on their property. They have enjoyed this very much. Ages 11, 9, and 7.

Great Youth Beginner Bow & Arrow Set, Adult Supervision
I ordered this set because ever since my daughter tried out a bow and arrow as part of a school physical fitness and outdoor / nature exploration project, she has been nagging me to get her own. Well, this isn't a big professional set, but it works really decent for a kids set. Way better than many others that are junk. These really work pretty well, although not as powerful or heavy duty as more adult sets. She absolutely loves learning and practicing with it, improving her form, concentration, aim and technique. although I definitely think younger children should not use it without adult supervision.
