Comfortable and wide enough
Very happy with these shoes! I was little skeptical at first due to the low price, bu they exceeded my expectations. I bought them for my work (auto mechanic), as all work shoes I had are not breathable, too tight around the toes and heel is too high. Slippery when wet or oily. I wear my work boots for messy jobs. These are very comfortable and sizing is true. If you’re not used to 0 drop shoes don’t just jump in these and think you can walk on hard surfaces for long from the beginning. Make gradual change. I can wear them comfortably with or without socks.

My feet feel great!!!
These shoes are great! The price is very affordable and my feet feel FREE!!!! I have very wide feet and my toes are slightly misshaped because my stepdad was cheap and made me wear shoes that were too narrow for my feet. Shoes often hurt my feet but not these! I’m finally able to walk the way I was meant to! Great product and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Squeaky
I love these shoes, they fit really well and look nice too. My ONLY complaint is that they squeak on EVERY SURFACE. All I have to do is wiggle my foot back and forth gently and they'll squeak like crazy. They even squeak on concrete which is something I've never seen a shoe do before. Just be wary of that before you buy these.

Great for the heat
Great for the heat since sweat can actually evaporate. Takes some getting used to if you never wore barefoot shoes as your feet muscles and ligaments get a workout. When I run in these my shins don't hurt anymore since I land on the ball of my foot instead of my heels. I feel the impacts in the knee area instead, it doesn't hurt though, feels like when I stretch. Went to a convention wearing them and my feet started hurting at about the same time as everyone else. Maybe cushy shoes don't actually do anything. I need to get me a pair for rainy days.

Better casual shoes!
I’m relieved! Sometimes, I’ve had trouble ordering shoes online. I’m diabetic and I picked out size carefully and it turned perfect! That shoes made about canvas and covered with white cotton fabric. The toe area is square sized and no pain with my diabetic feet. I’m really so happy.

Cheaply Constructed, A Little Tight for WIDE
Shoes aren't as wide as I'd hope. The lace at the very front of the shoe is pretty tight, but may loosen over time. You can tell the quality of these are quite cheap. Laces feel cheap. Materials feel cheap. Construction feels cheap. I still think $40 is a lot for these. I will keep and wear them though since I really am only going to wear these for going to the store or something. I was hoping these would be well built to replace my Vans as Vans seem to be getting real cheap in their construction and quality control. I guess only time will tell if my $40 have gone to waste.

Great Fit! Better than the Expensive Name Brands
These are exponentially better than the more expensive brands. I exclusively wear bear foot sandals (Luna and Earth runners); but, occasionally I need a pair of shoes. These appear to be better quality than Xero shoes that I have purchased for 3X the price. They are much wider (which I love!). I find Xero shoes to be no wider than a regular shoe. My go to size to order is 11.5 in most shoes; I went with size 12 in these. They are a perfect fit. I have not worn these out. My initial try-on thoughts: Plenty of room for toe splay. I walk with my toes extending up and reaching far on the step-up. These seem to have plenty of room for me. I normally have a big problem with my toes feeling cramped in a short toebox. I feel my foot can move the way it does in my sandals in these shoes. They look pretty sharp. I have had a difficult time merging style and function in the past several years since I went exclusively to bearfoot shoes. These look good! The canvas seems breathable and moveable. They do not have the typical “clown shoe” appearance. I plan to use these for walking on concrete on my visit to cities. I plan to wear the insole, which is very comfortable so far. You will not have full ground feel, there is a bit of cushion, which is what I was looking for. For those reviewers saying they don’t have enough arch support: That is the point of bearfoot shoes. I can not speak to longevity or long term wear. I will date after testing them out for a while. The only reason I give 4 stars, is because I don’t know how well they will hold up to a lot of use. I’m hoping they can last me a summer. I recommend trying these out.
