Since I’ve been sleeping on this I have wanted to be outdoors more than normal. When working from home OR just sitting outside on my deck. I have spent more time outside the past month than I probably have since the pandemic hit. I recommend this. I’m hoping to purchase the pillow cases in the near future. Grounding has influenced me to feel as if I am part of something bigger than myself and society. I feel more connected and at peace when I am OUTDOORS than ever before. Almost childlike.

Conductivity from the mat underneath your own sheet only happens when and if you sweat. Didn’t drink enough water today? Sorry, no conductivity. Did you roll over too many times thus breaking the “micro sweat” barrier? Sorry, no conductivity. Did the fitted sheet get bunched up underneath your torso creating more than one layer between your skin and the mat? Ah. Sorry, no conductivity. Don’t like sleeping naked? You guessed it, no conductivity.And if you decide to try to sleep directly on top of the mat with no sheet on top… Hope you like waking up stuck to the mat. Hope you like the sensation of ice cold pleather against your bare back when you first lie down. Hope your pajamas don’t get bunched up. Hope you find that happy medium between sweating just enough to reach conductivity but so much that you wake up shivering in a “micro” puddle…It’s too bad because this does work when you are able to align all the planets and cross all your Ts while dotting every I.I really expected more from Clint Ober.. oh well. At least I got my $300 back.
