This is packed with practical information on how we can better protect our energy. I found it easy to read and I like the format of the text laid out as a discussion between Mark and Abby. Although I've been doing this stuff for years, this book includes information and techniques that are new to me - and I really like that. In fact this book is aimed at everyone, no matter what stage of your journey you're at. It's vital that we all learn how to manage and protect our personal energy fields.
