It looks new. I haven't transferred services to the phone as of yet.

My last Samsung. They put too much Samsung and other software on that I can't disable or remove. They think they are doing a favor thinking they are improving the device, but they clutter it up. If I want a software feature, I'll install it myself.Hardware is solid, but I miss the ear phone plug.

I'll update this review customer service is able to correct this issue.The issue is the phone won't update. It's May 2025 now and the phone was last updated with a November 2024 update. Per Samsung theirs been several patches and even a whole new OS update sense then.Doing some research it seems ATT phones won't allow their unlocked phone to reciever over the air updates unless it's on their network and connected to wifi.If this is the case the the company refurbishing these phones shouldn't advertise as unlocked. While technically it may be true updates are essential and being forced to use ATT to recieve those updates negates the unlocked status in my opinion.

This phone is amazing.

S24 is a solid phone. Renewed model, not even a scratch. Ideal when you need a good quality/features phone and not willing to pay the full price.

Bought this phone as an upgrade from an earlier model. Absolute junk software.

Product is in very good condition. The only problem we have is that the page clearly said “Wireless provider unlocked “ Our current provider could not attach the phone because the IMEI # is locked and registered with another provider.
