Exactly as described - a nice mild gochujang
I make a number of dishes using gochujang, but one of my staples is something called Korean spicy tuna - which is a very gochujang-forward dish so I made it to test this out. It is definitely a mild, but nicely balanced gochujang as advertised. I prefer a little more heat in this dish, but that was easily rectified on my plate by adding some seeds from the chili oil jar. It will be nice to have this milder gochuchang when cooking for folks who aren't as fond of hot and spicy food as I am.

Can’t go wrong with this staple
This gochujang is excellent quality for the price, and offers a ton of flavor. It is spicy and offers many umami layer of flavors to any dish. I suggest to add a little bit because it is a concentrated flavored paste. It dissolves easily in soups and sauces though. Very convenient to use and the flavor is amazing. Texture wise it makes the sauce smooth.
