Osteo Bi-flex triple strength has had a noticeable improvement in my joint related aches and pains. THis is my second purchase about 6 months after a the first. It has not upset my stomach or had any negative side effects. The Osteo caplets are about the same size as my 1000mg vitamin C caplets. And easy to swallow.A little context about what I was hoping to improve might be in order:- Morning pain in my hips, ankles and knees right after I get out of bed in the morning I move like I'm 90 years old for about 10 minutes.- Similar pain/stiffness when I sit too long.- Occasional shoulder pain at the collar bone/shoulder joint- Wrist and hand pain after a lot working on my computerTo be clear I think my aches and pains have gotten better. They are NOT miraculously gone; it's not a total cure, more an improvement. For me this seems well worth the price. It's better results than I got using Turmeric in various forms or other supplements for joint pain I've tried.I really wasn't expecting much when I started, but Osteo Bi-Flex triple strength has exceeded my expectations. I'm going to keep using it. I could tell it works from when I went without for a week while away from home. It definitely helps me. That's why I'm giving Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength 5 stars.

I'm 73 and I would give them a five, but I'm not sure they're the source of my improvement. I began taking them several year ago due to some neck issues because I was convinced neck surgery was in my future. But over time my neck stopped cracking every time I turned it, and my range of motion is better. Was it the Tri-flex? I'm not sure, but I still take them.

15 years ago, I was taking Advil several times a day for sciatica and lower back pain. My doctor suggested I try glucosamine/chondroitin. But he cautioned me: "It does not work for everyone, and it takes 6 to 8 weeks to see results. If it hasn't worked by then, stop wasting your money."About 8 weeks after I started using it, I suddenly realized I had not taken Advil for 2 weeks! This stuff works -- for me, anyway. I've been using it ever since, with really impressive results. I've been pain-free for 15 years (unless I get lazy and miss a few days -- then the pain comes back).So, give it a try for 8 weeks! You will know if it works for you.

I have used this product for a year or two now, It helps my knees, and i could tell the difference about a week later. I will continue to use this product.

I was a faithful user of glucosamine and chondroitan but I quit after I had my knee replacements. My nurse practitioner suggested going back on one of these supplements and in comparing them I decided to go with my flex. I’m not sure that I’ve seen a huge improvement, but I am going to continue using it because of her encouragement.
