This machine is terrific, I had a top loader before but this front loader seems to get the clothes cleaner. We only need to do one wash a week. And it’s great for king size quilts and floor rugs etc. just beware, you will have family and friends requesting to use it occasionally.😂

Dont buy without looking at there warranty. Bearings are not covered as well as some other parts all major brands give full machine coverage. Ours has had bearing failure at nine months old on domestic use and is now scrap as no point throwing good money after bad fixing it .

A fantastic piece of equipment! Don’t quite know how I’ve managed without it for so long. Their energy levels are great. Lots of different programs to choose from to suit your needs. It even fits in double duvets and sets of curtains! And if you’re equestrian then it also fits in giant Horse rugs which is always a bonus. I’m definitely saving up for another one so that I can have two on the go washing the horse rugs great value for money highly recommend!

Bought this shortly before the arrival of child 4 and this has made the constant stream of laundry very manageable. I’ve used it for king size duvets, endless muddy clothes, pony rugs etc and have nothing but praise for it. Heavily loaded I have occasionally found things needed a second wash but I may have under dosed detergent. Very easy to install (managed single handed 8 months pregnant) and very easy to use.

I love this machine... but it has its problems... First time it broke was under warranty.. they came out fixed it... the second time no one came ... I turned it back on and it started to work normally... even though it had previously flashed E50... now it does it at least once a month..we asked for them to come out .. and they said it would be £280 call out .. £90 pounds per hour... and price of part !... now when it plays up .. I unplug it for a day, then try it again.. 🤦‍♀️

We use these within our business for laundry and have purchased five of them. To start with they were great but once the 12 month period came up things started to go wrong eg bearings went on the latest machine. It was just out of warranty but Cater replaced the bearings. Less than 12 months later and they've gone again. Even though these are the replacement bearings Cater have told us the replacement bearings aren't covered and we need to pay for them to be replaced. Two of the other machines suffer with electronic issues and keep cutting out but Cater want to charge us £250 to come and look at them.We had intended to purchase another batch of five at the start of this year and five at the end of 2025 but we wouldn't touch them and the customer service is not good.Please don't waste your money buying these, we've lost thousands.

Takes huge loads. Excellent, especially for animal bedding and all household washing including large duvets etc. Very pleased with all results.
