Best ginger by miles if you need to avoid sugary crystalised versions
Very tasty with cereals and fresh fruits.Cuts up nicely into mini pieces to spread its flavour.Distictly more tasty than other gingers and clearly more healthy.Wonderful product! Really missed it in past weeks due to supply issues so now buy the 450g sachets which store easily with a good self seal

Great tasting ginger pieces
Great taste. Loved it but a bit too expensive and not something I could afford to purchase on a regular basis regardless of how good it is.

Not overly sweet but very hard to chew
This is tasty as it is not drenched in sugars, but because it is cut long alone with the ginger grain it is hard to chew. I ended up chewing and throwing out the fiber. I don't think I'll buy again, unless they start slicing the ginger instead of cutting along with the grain.

A degree of caution required
I like the taste, heat and texture. Its really good ginger but it does contain a lot of Fructose. As a type 2 diabetic I view this as less damaging than cane sugar but it is still not good. There are a lot of doubts about the health impact of fructose some of them quite worrying so not something to just tuck into. It will last me a long time and I don't think I will chance another purchase.

This Product Is Simply Revolting!! Nothing Like Ginger!!!
I am a big fan of ginger - especially when it comes to using it as a digestion/anti-nausea aid and I have tried many different types over the years. But I've never tasted anything quite as revolting as this!! Words almost can't describe it but it is certainly not something I would recommend or try again myself. My packet went straight in the bin and Amazon (thankfully!) refunded me in full. Having spent £10.00 on this product, I am quite disgusted to be honest. How it can be claimed to be a health food when I now realise it is full of sucrose is also beyond me! However, there is no sweetness in it whatsoever - it tastes bitter and quite vile to be honest! I really don't know what's going on here ... but it's not ginger as I know it!!Take my advice - avoid!!!UPDATE: I have to say that I had not read all the other - positive - reviews on here before I posted this! I don't understand why so many are really liking this product. All I can think of is that there must have been something wrong with my packet!!! Come to think of it, the ginger pieces inside did not totally resemble the illustrations on here ... I also realise that most reviews are for the smaller size packets - mine was the largest size and so perhaps something happened in the manufacturing process in this case???

Tasty ginger without sugar crust
This is great - hot and sweet but without that crusting of sugar which kills the ginger flavour. Much better for diabetics, too!
