I purchased one of these years ago and it did very little. Really didn't vibrate that well. This one actually vibrates so much you could feel it throughout your entire body. The hype is real . Love the curved sides and I use it all the time. Takes away the swelling in my legs at the end of the day. Highly recommend. The only negative I would say is not being able to turn off the sound. When you turn it on it says something that I can understand and every time you move it it beeps very loudly. I wish there was a way to turn off the sound.

This is a game changer.. I love it.. vibration is strong and you can feel it.. I have RA and trying to lose more weight as well and it has helped with my pain and inflammation levels. I’ve only had it a week so haven’t noticed weight loss yet but I believe it will help with weight loss this machine works great it’s gets everything moving on your body feels like I’m on a jog or a run when I use it.. you can feel the workout. Don’t hesitate buy it…

Didn't know what to expect but I didn't think the intensity would be very strong but it's good. It feels great especially when sitting for awhile and you get up to stretch shake etc Felt it immediately. We'll see in the long run how it holds up but out of the box I wonder why I didn't get one of these sooner. 👍

We like it, vibrates everything, for me I need to sit down when using, if you have issues with your neck like I do I really don’t suggest standing, it really caused pain in my neck. My husband really likes it and has no problem standing on it for the ten minutes they suggest.

This brand is outstanding, sturdy, well made, easy to navigate. Instructions, remote control, exercise band included. Excellent packaging. I picked this brand specifically because my daughter purchased same 2 months ago. Her interest is lymphatic drainage. I am 74, my interest is increasing bone density. I received it one week ago so I do not effectiveness for increasing bone density. I would buy this same again.

I don't know if it helps to lose weight or anything but it sure is fun. If you can't laugh at all your jiggly bits moving, I wouldn't recommend.It does get the blood flowing. I recommend having something sturdy close by to lean on when first using it because stepping off you might feel a little wobbly.

This plate is so much better than the one i used to have - wider base, more noticeable movement. order arrived quickly i use it right before bed and surprisingly i sleep through the night! - i recommend this plate!
