Big and Tall Office Desk Chair - Ergonomic 400LBS PU Leather Computer Chair With Foot Rest and Lumbar Pillow (Black)

Bought 2, off white cream and black. Both are pretty good, very-very cushony. The 1st lever on the right side will raise and lower and the 2nd lever will allow you to unlock the lean back feature of the seat, it needs to be locked to use I think, its not hard to push back, this may be adjustable I'm not sure. The foot rest flips up from the bottom, and reaches about out to my mid calf, I am 5'9" average male height, so it's just about right. It comes with a pillow, which I use as kind of a addition arm rest, it's actually pretty useful. It's advertised as for bigger people, my wife is small and she can sit almost on her side, so it's decently large. They were not hard to put together and all the pieces seem like good quality. I would buy this again. The arm rests are a tad weak if you put weight on the front while pushing outwards - this isn't something I often do anyway, so not a huge problem, although I could see a kid breaking it from being rough.

Im so sad. I took so long to choose my office chair. I was torn between this one and another. But I LOVED the look of this one. But after putting it together, it was a total disappointment. For some reason, the day we put it together, the seat pushes forward and down when you sit on it which makes you slide down forward, literally. My husband tightened the screws and checked everything, and it still is lower in the front. I weigh about 180 so I put my small 14 year old on it as well and a girl in my office who weighs about 90 pounds and they both slide down as well. The install was exactly as the instructions said. Even the back support area is too close to the front of the seat so i can't even push myself back on the seat to secure myself. This was not a cheap buy. And now, it's put together, I don't know if I can return it. I'm so upset about this. I went further back on reviews and see similar complaints. I just want to cry!!

Yes I did have an issue with this chair. I bought it and it was great for the first few months but then it suddenly broke. I believe this was my fault from the way I've been sitting in the chair. I contacted the company because it was too late past the warranty and they were very helpful and sent me a full replacement!

This is a substantial, well constructed chair that will certainly last us a long time2. I needed a chair with good lumbar support. This chair comes with it’s own lumbar pillow that you can put wherever you need it or not at all.3. This chair was easy to assemble for several reasons. First, the DIRECTIONS ARE SUPER EASY TO FOLLOW! You never know what youʻre going to get!!! The screws, nuts, etc came in great packaging where you absolutely know what to use for each step! No confusing what to use where!4. Best part, in my opinion - it came with this well designed tool that is used for the entire assembly. You can tighten every part very wel to ensure sturdy assembly! NO EXTRA TOOLS NEEDED!THIS CHAIR PURCHASE IS EXCELLENT SO FAR!

Don't bother. I bought this chair as a Christmas present this past yr, 2024, for my 14yo son. He's the only user, 6'2 and weighs 200lbs. The chair has already broken. I tried making an insurance claim to be told that I need to contact the seller first so I contacted them and they offered a new gas lift, I accepted that with the hope that I cld fix the chair myself but I havent heard any other news about the chair or replacement piece being sent or whether or not i may now make the insurance claim.

This chair is not suitable for human beings on the shorter side as the seat height adjustment only goes down but so far. So, if you are on the shorter side, your feet will not touch the floor. This makes sitting in the chair very uncomfortable as your legs are hanging.Additionally, the chair tilts forward when you sit in it and you can never quit get in a position where your back touches the back of the chair. If you experience any existing back pain or issues, this will further exacerbate the matter. Essentially, there is no lumbar support.The chair itself looks nice and has a lot of padding, but it doesn't not make up for the discomfort shorter folks and/ or those with bad backs will probably feel using this as a work chair/ for long periods of time.The recliner feature is ok, but with such limited back support, it is probably not suitable for long stints.I wish I had better things to say about this chair. It is pretty but it isn't really functional for extended use. I think it is important to share this feedback considering how difficult it can be to find the right office chair. I gave it 2 stars for the look, though this is somewhat generous.
