Overall, a good all flora probiotic. I mainly ordered for the upcoming Flu and cold season and only started to use. The cost of the bottle for a month worth is slightly higher than I would want to pay (about a dollar a day). Besides the cost, I think, so far I haven’t really gotten sick (and have not even gotten my flu shot). I do feel that these probiotics are made with quality ingredients. They are easy to swallow without causing any problems with my gut (as some other probiotics have caused my stomach to become upset). I will continue to use and will likely order again, especially for the Winter months.

The pills are easy to swallow, there is no taste, and appears to have pretty good ingredients. The packaging is clear and concise with dosage.

Great product. Helps keep you from getting ill around others who are starting. Also keeps your insides clean between meals. Great combination to keep you healthy. Would recommend.

ive tried various probiotics, this is another one which has not worked for me. so far, only Bacillus subtilis, specifically the mb40 variant, has worked well for me. this one is at least named, bb12, in general, you want probiotics that are named, unlike just generic ones that just say the general type, as these types usually are backed by research and studies and can be more effective. unfortunately, like i said, this has not made any noticeable difference, but it is also recommended to take for at least 30 days, after 2 weeks though, no changes for me. probiotics are like skin care though, you just have to try and find what works for you. im very familiar with trying multiple, but once you find one that works, youre done, everyones body is different.anyway, as for the pill itself, these are basically unscented, but it does have a slightly weird taste to it, that im not a fan of. i try and just take a sip of water, hold the water in my mouth, and pop the probiotic and try to quickly swallow, so it doesnt make contact with my tongue. the pills are fairly small, so they go down easily. i take this after my prebiotic and have had no side effects or issues while taking this. im hoping this is at least creating some type of healthy biome and will benefit me in the long term.

These are easy to swallow capsules that don't have a flavor. They do best when refrigerated after opening, but seem to be exactly as described. Recommend.

I've been taking these regularly since my kids got back in school, and (fingers crossed) have managed to steer clear of their sicknesses so far. I really like this company and its ingredients, and like to effectiveness of these probiotics in particular.

I like the potency, but must use judiciously. I take other probiotics and I can tell if I've taken too much at a time. I like that these do really work and help my gut and whole GI tract. It's hard to tell, but I think I have a slight stomach ache when taking these. I haven't been able to conclusively prove that, however, it seems like I have that issue on the days I do take these. Even so, I do recommend these, just use with caution because they are really potent.
